Other music

Postby Pulpculture » Fri Jan 27, 2006 8:25 am

I'm an avid Yello fan and wondered what other music you listened to. Presumably you don't all listen to Yello all the time. I am asking in the hope I'll become more aquainted with some other great music.

Other bands / artists I like are:

Thomas Dolby
The KLF
Kaiser Chiefs
Keane
Pink Floyd
U2

legowelt (classics)
some italo disco (the italo disco collection is a good start)
kelley polar (hanging gardens album's nice)
the knife (either deep cuts or silent shout)
late faith no more (king for a day fool for a lifetime album)
the sparks
kraftwerk (man-machine is a must have classic)

Funny you mentioned this cause I just purchased on of his albums and it's pretty good. When I found out that he was from the band Metro Area I figured it was going to be good. You like Metro Area?

Spetznas is great. If anyone is into Nitzer Ebb, then Spetznas will be a happy find...

Yeah, it is mis-spelled actually.

Spetsnaz is the correct spelling...
