Is it a new album or a greatest hits collection?

Definitely a new album. Progress & Perfection was a nice teaser, but with the prospect of over 2 hours of new Yello music, the waits gonna be tough :)

Best new of the year so far! I wonder how soon is "soon", though.

Also, hello to everyone. I am Cryptowen.

No news yet. People reported that they are in talks with their label. So I would guess the album is done they are trying to make a deal.

They have been on Mercury (Motor) for a while now. I'm not sure if they are shopping a new label though.

Wow I wonder if they are looking for different label? Universal doesn't seem like it's been too good for them last few years. Not much promotion.

Perhaps they are going to go INDIE style, and handle it all themselves. They certainly have the technology to do so, and due to their small yet devout following, perhaps that will be the best route for them to take.

Well, if it really is a full double album (and not, say, one new disk with a bonus disk of remixes), doesn't that make it kind of like getting two Yello albums at once? Yes, it's been five years since "The Eye", but when averaged it may only feel like two & a half.
